Curious Goal

The goal by Dimitris Diamantakos from KSC Karlsruhe is a category of curious. There’s chaos in the St. Pauli box following a free kick, but then Jonas Meffert just needs to prod home at the back post. In unbelievable and almost slapstick style though, the Karlsruhe man hits the upright twice. The ball eventually ends up with Dimitris Diamantakos, but finally finds the back of the net. It’s the most bizarre of goals to secure Karlsruhe a 2-1 win over Hamburg-based St. Pauli.
