There’s no stopping Mario Gomez under new Wolfsburg coach coach Andries Jonker. The Germany striker scored at least three goals in a game for the 12th time in his Bundesliga career during the Wolves’ 3-3 draw with Leverkusen – only Gerd Müller has done that more often (32 times). Gomez needed just six minutes and 58 seconds for his quickfire hat-trick, although it was only enough for a point in the end.
