Football: Barclays Premier League Results, Saturday 13th November 2010

Eight Barclays Premier League fixtures were played on Saturday 13 November 2010.

Manchester United left it until the last ten minutes at Villa Park to come back from a two goal deficit. Goals from Macheda and Vidic ensured a point away from home as Aston Villa let their good early performance fade to a 2-2 draw.

Liverpool’s recent run of form came to an abrupt end away at Stoke, as they went down 2-0.

West Ham and Blackpool shared a point in their relegation clash with a 0-0 result few would have predicted based upon the number of goals for and against in matches featuring Blackpool.

Spurs continued to score and concede freely as they won 4-2 at home to Blackburn in the highest scoring game of the day.

Newcastle United claimed another point with a goalless draw at home to Fulham, while Man City played out their home match with Birmingham to the same 0-0 scoreline.

Wigan claimed all three points in their home game against West Brom with a 1-0 win courtesy of a 70th minute goal from Moses, while Wolves remain joint bottom on nine points, despite playing well yet again: they went down 3-2 at home to Bolton.
