Football: Barclays Premier League Fixtures, Wed 10th November 2010

Eight Barclays Premier League fixtures take place this evening, Wednesday 10th November 2010.

Man City take on across-town rivals Man Utd at Eastlands in the biggest game of the day, while leaders Chelsea have an all-London clash against Fulham at Stamford Bridge.

Elsewhere, Aston Villa entertain Blackpool while Wolves have yet another tough match at home to Arsenal. The Gunners will be looking to get back to winning ways against Mick McCarthy’s men following the weekend’s surprise home defeat at the hands of Newcastle United.

Newcastle will host Blackburn looking for their third win in a row. The club – promoted from the Championship last season – may occupy a top four UEFA Champions League position come the end of the evening should they achieve this and other results work out in their favour.

Bottom club West Ham have a home encounter with West Brom in what could have been expected, pre-season, to be a relegation battle. As it stands, West Brom go in favourites following an excellent first 11 games, which has placed them firmly mid table.

More clubs currently in the middle of the pack playing each other tonight include Wigan who host Liverpool and Everton who welcome Bolton in a couple of unpredictable fixtures.
