Football: Barclays Premier League Fixtures Sunday 25/10/2009

Barclays-premier-leagueThere is plenty of football action today, including four Barclays Premier League matches which take place this afternoon.

The pick of the bunch must certainly be Liverpool v Manchester United in a match which kicks off at Anfield at 2pm. Liverpool, having been an early-season Championship contender, have fallen away of late, and look to have many injury worries, not least missing their most important players – Steven Gerrard and Fernando Torres – in recent games. This duo is unlikely to play in this all-important match which might allow Man Utd to reaffirm their position at the top of the Premier League.

We also see United’s Sky Blue rivals taking on Fulham to keep themselves in the Champion’s League spots, while big rivals Arsenal visit fellow Londoners West Ham. Everton travel to Bolton’s Reebok Stadium hoping to continue their recent spell of good form.

Today’s Barclays Premier League fixtures are below:

Barclays Premier League 2009/2010 – Fixtures Sunday 25th October 2009

  • Bolton v Everton, 13:30
  • Liverpool v Man Utd, 14:00
  • Man City v Fulham, 15:00
  • West Ham v Arsenal, 16:15
