Fifa world cup 2010: paraguay 23 man squad 1Paraguay have selected their final 23 man squad to take part in the 2010 FIFA World Cup this summer in South Africa.

The national coach, Argentinian Gerardo Martino, has selected a side made up primarily of European based players, including Manchester City’s exciting forward Roque Santa Cruz.

Paraguay will be in with a chance of making the knockout stages as they line up against Italy, New Zealand and Slovakia in Group F.
