Algeria have added a number of players to their provisional squad which will meet today (13-27 May 2010) for training in Switzerland before the final 23 man squad is submitted to FIFA ahead of the 2010 World Cup.
Coach Rabah Saadane selected an additional five players yesterday to the 25 men he had provisionally chosen. Squad details are below. In addition, Habib Belaid, Ryad Boudebouz and Mohamed Chakhouri, who all played for France as youths, have also this week been cleared by FIFA to play for Algeria.
Algeria will face Ireland and the UAE in the forthcoming weeks ahead of the World Cup.
Algeria are in Group C alongside England, Slovenia and the USA.
