Rising to the challenge and racing against the clock, it was a nerve-wracking test of our Nations as the battle raged on in the Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup™ of France in La Baule. Belgium had to settle for third place, as Switzerland and Italy galloped it out for the gold. In the end, Switzerland with Steve Guerdat and Martin Fuchs took the title at La Baule for the second year running!

Legally, Belgium is a sovereign state and a federal constitutional monarchy with a parliamentary system. Its institutional organization is complex and is structured on both regional and linguistic grounds. It is divided into three highly autonomous regions: the Flemish Region in the north, Wallonia in the south, and the Brussels-Capital Region.
