As he prepares to make his highly-anticipated professional debut on the undercard of Devin Haney vs Jorge Linares on May 29, we drop in to catch up with fresh Matchroom signing Khalil Coe in New Jersey.

The Team USA podium star, who shot to fame after stunning Cuba’s Julio Cesar La Cruz in the amateurs, tells the story of how boxing offered up a route out of trouble, and how his time in jail moulded him into the fighter he is today. Spending his early life in Jersey City, Coe takes us on a tour of his old neighborhood and the streets he grew up on – somewhere he hopes to return to and inspire the next generation.
