In his first outing in just a few weeks shy of a year, Shakhram Giyasov looks to make a big statement as he returns to action defending his WBA International Super-Lightweight strap in Tulsa, Oklahoma on August 15.

As part of Eddie Hearn’s Uzbek trio sweeping the professional ranks, he looks to follow in the footsteps of unified Super-Bantamweight champion Murodjon Akhmadaliev as he eyes world title shot in the near future.
