Fighting Fit, a brand-new health and fitness series produced by Matchroom Boxing and Sky Sports, will land on television screens next week, with episodes available via Sky On-Demand from Monday 6th April.
Scheduled to launch on Sky Sports Mix and Sky Sports Main event on Monday 13th April, the show will offer tips on how to stay healthy and happy during the current climate, with expert workouts constructed by respected strength and conditioning coach Dan Lawrence and personal training guru Bradley Simmons.
The talent includes; Conor Benn, Luke Campbell, Lawrence Okolie, Shannon Courtenay, John Ryder, Richard Riakporhe, Darren Barker, Frank Buglioni, Sam Quek, Adebayo Akinfenwa, Joe Weller, Behzinga, Mark Wright, Sinead Harnett and even Eddie Hearn!
