Durant steps up in 1st NBA Finals game with Warriors to lead Golden State to win

Kevin Durant did it all in Game 1 for the Warriors, tallying 38 points, 8 rebounds, and 8 assists. He was only the 2nd player with that stat-line in a Game 1 in Final’s history, joining Kobe Bryant (2009). Durant’s 6 dunks were the most in an NBA Finals game since Shaquille O’Neal had 7 in Game 4 of 2004 Finals at Detroit. Doris Burke caught up with Durant after the game to discuss his performance.
