One look on the face of Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow said it all, as he was extremely happy with the result of the Bengals’ 37-30 win over AFC North rival, the Pittsburgh Steelers, on Sunday afternoon.
Burrow left no doubt, going 24-of-39 for 355 yards and four touchdowns, three to running back Samaje Perine and another to receiver Trenton Irwin, the first of his NFL career.
The win moved the Bengals to 6-4 on the season and gave the club their first win in the always-tough AFC North. On top of the touchdowns, Burrow also connected with six Bengals for 20 yards or more and passed the career 10,000 passing yards for his young career.
While Burrow was happy with the win, he was also left stumped by the outstanding defensive plays by Steelers standout T.J. Watt who posted another incredible interception against him.
