Adam Silver talks NBA’s return, players’ choice to play or not | SportsCenter

NBA commissioner Adam Silver speaks about the conversations he’d had with the NBPA about concerns that players, coaches and staff could have in the league’s return slated for July 30. Silver says that returning to play may not be for everyone, and if a player doesn’t come, it will not be a breach of their contract. Silver discusses the precautions that will be in place in Florida as well as the timeline for a quick turnaround to begin the 2020-21 season.
