Skanska Sells Share in Edinburgh Schools to Barclays for £3 Million

Skanska has sold its 50% share in the Midlothian Schools project to the co-investor, Barclays Integrated Infrastructure Fund, for £3 million. The publicly listed Swedish infrastructure company built the schools as part of a Public Private Partnership. Eight new schools were built on seven sites as part of the deal, opening over three years ago.
