Hawaii: Magnitude 3.6 Earthquake Shakes Honolulu

Hawaii has been shaken by a magnitude 3.6 earthquake. The quake struck on Thursday afternoon at 2pm local time at a depth of 12 miles at 21.180°N, 157.550°W. The distances from population centres were as follows:

35 km (22 miles) ESE of HONOLULU, Hawaii
37 km (23 miles) SE of Kane`ohe, O`ahu, Hawaii
55 km (34 miles) W of Kaunakakai, Moloka`i, Hawaii
61 km (38 miles) SE of Wahiawa, O`ahu, Hawaii

There are no reports of injuries or tsunami warnings.
