It seems to hit around every third or fourth day of lockdown or perhaps every day for some. Suddenly a wave of existential sadness smacks you full in the face and all you can do is cry your eyes out. However, this is far from being a bad thing, as experts say crying is the perfect way to cope at a time like this and helps heal your state of mind. So are you a believer in a good blub?
