Prince Ali Talks FIFA

One of the five candidates to take over from Sepp Blatter has described FIFA as a “secretive organisation” with a “climate of fear”.

Prince Ali bin al Hussein of Jordan told Sky News football’s world governing body needs to be more open in future.

This included its finances, which have been shrouded in mystery in recent years.

“My view is that FIFA has to be a proper open organisation (and) we have to have full disclosure of finances,” he said.
