Within Judaism there are different branches that differ from each other according to the degree of intensity with which their followers live their religion. Thus, the majority of Jews in Israel are hiloni or secular.

However, at the other end of the spectrum are the ultra-Orthodox Jews. They are the so-called haredim, which in Hebrew means “those who tremble before God”. We are talking about a minority that places the Jewish law, the Torah, at the center of their lives and that form a community that has increasing political and social presence in Israel. This poses a serious problem for the future of this country. Why? In this video we tell you why.
