Apr.14 — New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said President Donald Trump could probably decide when schools and businesses should re-open but noted that the president has effectively delegated those decisions to governors. New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Rhode Island and Massachusetts are joining an effort to coordinate on a plan to reopen their economies. Cuomo spoke Monday at a press briefing.
