May.26 — New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said his administration will now focus on reopening its economic engine, New York City, the only state region still on lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic. Cuomo says now is the time to build and the state will speed up work on rebuilding Penn Station and LaGuardia Airport.
