Andrew Garfield will play Peter Parker in the next installment of Spider Man.
The star of The Social Network and The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus will take the role of Spiderman’s daytime alter ego, true to the Marvel Comic on which it is based. Taking over from Tobey McGuire, Garfield is set to star in one of the big films of the summer.
Entitled “The Amazing Spiderman” the film will be shot entirely in 3D and will be released on 3rd July 2011 across cinemas worldwide.
