Hend Zaza, a 12-year-old Syrian table tennis player, is the youngest athlete at the Tokyo Olympics. She lost her match during the preliminaries on July 24, wrapping up her Olympic debut.
At the invitation of the Chinese Olympic Committee, the youngest table tennis Olympian in history will come to China for training in September. However, because of the civil war in her country, Zaza said it is hard for her to go to school or receive training.
