The soprano Shai Terry, the author and feminist Laura Cazes, the writer Dmitrij Kapitelman and Deborah Feldman, author of the worldwide success “Unorthodox”. The autobiographical novel of her childhood and youth in a strict Hasidic community in New York made Feldman famous in one fell swoop. She has been known to an audience of millions since the film adaptation of the Emmy-winning Netflix series of the same name.

On DW’s panel on “Jewish Life in Germany. The third Generation on the Move,” Zuvier artists, authors, and intellectuals spoke about identity and belonging. The event at the Jewish Museum Berlin is part of the program celebrating “1700 Years of Jewish Life in Germany. The aim is to discuss the future of Judaism rather than the past.
