Yemen’s Houthi rebel group claim to have launched missile and drone attacks on several key targets in Saudi Arabia late, including energy and water desalination facilities.

Oil firm Saudi Aramco CEO Amin Nasser reportedly confirmed the attacks late Saturday and early Sunday during a call about the company’s earnings, but said they did not affect supplies or cause casualties.

Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Sarea said the group filed ballistic and winged missiles, as well as drones, at Aramco facilities in the capital of Riyadh, Yanbu and other regions of Saudi Arabia.

The seven-year Yemen conflict has resulted in the deaths of tens of thousands of people and pushed millions to the verge of famine.
