Xi said that China has already accomplished its 2020 climate change goals, fulfilling its responsibilities concerning climate change, biodiversity and other environmental issues. The Chinese president said China aims to reach the peak of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions before 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2060, so as to make greater contributions to the goal set out by the Paris Agreement on climate change. #UN75
