Bidding farewell to 2020 and ushering in 2021, the heroic city of Wuhan is welcoming its first Spring Festival after winning its fight against COVID-19. At this time last year, most of the volunteers on the front line could not reunite with their families. However, this year, they gathered to celebrate the Chinese New Year’s Eve. And on the menu is a traditional Wuhan dish: pork rib soup with braised lotus roots.
