World leaders condemn ‘chemical attack’ in Syria

A suspected chemical attack in Syria’s rebel-held Idlib province, which killed dozens of people, has drawn widespread international condemnation.

The US, Britain and France have proposed a UN Security Council resolution condemning it, likely to be put to a vote on Wednesday.
