When 24-year-old Rosie Cooney called triple-zero to report that she had been a victim of domestic violence, the situation took an unexpected turn. She ended up under arrest herself and detained in a prison cell.

7.30 has the police bodycam footage that shows what happened when they arrived on the scene.
