In the UK, the Telegraph reported on an artist in Wiltshire who has created a “Ribbon of Light” out of 120,000 old CDs to celebrate the National Health Service (NHS) during the Covid-19 outbreak.
This summer, the Bruce Munro Studio will be creating a shimmering ribbon of light along the ridge of Long Knoll, Wiltshire as a tribute to the hard work and dedication of our NHS workers and volunteers.
This beautiful, light catching Ribbon will serve as a glimmering reminder of their selfless work during the Corona virus pandemic.
The Ribbon is made up of 120,000 CDs will run 1650 meters adjacent to the public footpath.
