Despite previous combative rhetoric from the Kremlin, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said the Nordic countries joining the western military alliance would make no difference. However, Turkey has said it will block the move. Interview with Ian Bond, Director of Foreign Policy at the ‘Centre for European Reform’ think-tank in the UK.
