    World Health Organization expert Michael Ryan and its chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus on Friday warned against relaxing measures and raised concern about Brazil’s situation. “We think we’re through this. We’re not and countries are going to lurch back into the third and fourth surges if we are not careful,” Ryan said.
