It’s extremely unlikely that the novel coronavirus leaked from a laboratory, said the China-WHO Joint Mission on Tuesday, adding there is no indication of COVID-19 transmission in Wuhan before December 2019. The head of the Chinese team said there was insufficient evidence to determine whether the virus had spread in the central Chinese city before that period.
