Senior officials from the World Health Organization (#WHO) and Zimbabwe claimed that the COVID-19 origin-tracing issue must not be politicized, warning that politicizing the issue may hinder global cooperation in fighting against the raging #pandemic. The executive director of the WHO Health Emergencies Program, Michael Ryan, told a press conference that the WHO member states have reached a widespread consensus not to politicize the origin-tracing process. Also, he spoke positively of China’s huge contribution and vigorous assistance to help the global fight against the unprecedented pandemic. #Coronavirus
