White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany held a press briefing on Wednesday. The briefing came after the formal signing of “historic” peace deals between Israel, the United Arab Emirates, and the Kingdom of Bahrain under a U.S. mediation at the White House on Tuesday. President Trump has repeatedly praised the peace deal between three countries and considered it as a U.S. accomplishment weeks before Nov. 3 presidential elections. Meanwhile in some western U.S. states including California and Oregon, wildfires have been destroying areas. The U.S. has also recorded more than 6.6 million COVID-19 cases and nearly 200,000 deaths as it continues to deal with the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
