Jodi Shaw, a white employee of the US’ Smith College, has quit the institution over what she called an ‘atmosphere of racial discrimination.’ The former employee said in her resignation letter that her move was prompted by the shift in climate at the college following an incident back in 2018 when a so-called ‘cultural war’ erupted.
