Al Jazeera English published this video item, entitled “What’s fueling the world’s Covid-19 vaccination disparity? | Inside Story” – below is their description.

Amnesty international has warned covid-19 developers not to put profits before lives

It says Pfizer, Biontech, Moderna, Astrazeneca, Johnson & Johnson and Novavax have deprived poor nations of the equal right to doses, by prioritising wealthy nations.

The rights group is demanding two billion jabs be delivered to the developing world before the end of December.

Amnesty’s also denounced the firms for refusing to share vaccine technology or waive patent rights.

The group says the drugmakers are fueling an unprecedented human rights crisis.

But what’s behind that?
