While Israel has vaccinated more than 80 per cent of its eligible population, cases numbers are rising again and Israel may have to go back into lockdown.

Doctor Emily Edwards, a research fellow in immunology at Monash University says the lessons from Israel are that it’s not just whether you are vaccinated or not, but how long it has been since you were.
