2020 was supposed to be a big year for Arran Keith and Doug Kelly .
One is a five time world record holder in the sport of race running – the other a prefect in his final year at school.
Their plans have been interrupted by COVID-19, but these two young leaders have used the past two month to reflect on what leadership, persistence and resilience means.
