Water cuts loom for Rome as Italy struggles with drought

Southern Europe is experiencing one of its driest summers in nearly 60 years, with drought affecting parts of Italy and Spain.

Nearly 20 towns in central Italy have started water rationing, but Rome is working hard to avoid doing the same.

Earlier in the week, the Vatican City turned off its fountains as part of water-saving measures.
