  1. the governor forced the owners of the dam to raise the levels 3 weeks before the breach, the picture shows the water at the top, no earth dam can stand that much water. she did it for votes from her enviro base. they wanted water high for endangered mussels. the owners wanted to lower the levels for safety, then after the disaster she does the evil thing and blames the owners and does the communist thing wanting to sieze the property and have the state own it.
    she is a communist and a wicked lying person, now she wants to be president.
