The prime minister said “great strides” have been made in the UK’s vaccine roll-out, but warns around two million people in the most vulnerable groups are still to be reached.

Mr Johnson stressed that COVID vaccines are “safe and effective” and highlights how the World Health Organisation today said the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine can be given to adults of all ages.
