    In the United States, the Biden Administration says that it’s stepping back onto the global stage with a pledge to lead with diplomacy. U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Wednesday outlined foreign policy priorities in his first major speech, including climate change, COVID-19 and immigration. Additionally, he said Washington would manage its relation with Beijing.
