Top diplomats from the the Association of Southeast Asian Nations are meeting online to discuss regional issues. Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi is also taking part. He said China has provided over 190 million COVID-19 vaccine doses and medical supplies to ASEAN countries. Wang added that the bloc remains China’s largest trade partner and Beijing will continue cooperation on economic recovery. The Chinese foreign minister also called for dialogue to resolve disputes, saying his country will deepen maritime cooperation with ASEAN members.
