Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi called on the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) members to work together, and help each other build a closer community with a shared future. Wang Yi also stressed the need to promote regional security, sustainable development, multilateralism, and the bloc’s mechanism. He made the appeal during a meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the SCO in Uzbekistan’s capital Tashkent.
