Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews says he is extremely proud of Victorians as the state exited its gruelling lockdown at midnight. The state has surpassed its vaccination milestone, with 71.1 per cent of Victorians over 16 being fully vaccinated and 90.5 per cent having had their first dose.
