Victoria records nine deaths and 295 cases of COVID-19 | ABC News

Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews said health authorities were unable to get in contact with 29 positive cases who should have been isolating.

Mr Andrews says he will be upping the 58-strong team that had been conducting door knocks to about 90 staff.
