Victoria record 723 cases, 13 deaths from COVID-19 | ABC News

In response to the figures, Premier Daniel Andrews announced new restrictions including face coverings becoming mandatory in all of Victoria from midnight Sunday.

Six local government areas around Geelong will be also be banned from having people visiting in their homes. The tighter restrictions begin at 11:59 pm tonight in greater Geelong, the Surf Coast, Moorabool, Golden Plains, Colac-Otway and the borough of Queenscliff.
