    Acting Premier James Merlino says two new major vaccine hubs will be established at the Royal Showgrounds and the Mercure Convention Centre in Ballarat to help achieve that goal.

    Health Minister Martin Foley said the new goal was achievable but depended on vaccine supply from the Commonwealth.
