V8 Supercars park online amid COVID-19 isolation e-sports boom | ABC News

The coronavirus pandemic has taken a huge toll on Australian sport, with most leagues around the world still shut down.

With more people staying at home there’s been a boom in online gaming and many national leagues and organisations are coming up with ways to get in on the action.

V8 Supercars has launched Supercars E-Series e-sports competition, pitting drivers against each other in a virtual race.
